Every piece is produced and finished in Thailand by experienced craftsmen. Each order is made to order and goes through a final quality inspection before dispatch—setting security, clasp function, symmetry, and polish.

However, if there’s an issue caused by us—wrong item, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage—we will repair or replace after review.
