Shipping Policy (Thailand Ship-Out)

Shipping origin: Thailand
We ship all orders from Thailand.

Processing time:

• Ready-to-ship items: [1–3 business days]

• Made-to-order items: [7–14 business days]
  (Processing time is separate from shipping time.)

Shipping times (estimated):

• Thailand: [1–3 business days]

• International: [3–10 business days] depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping cost:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs, duties & taxes (IMPORTANT):
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

Order tracking:
Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery issues:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unpaid duties/taxes, we can reship at the customer’s cost.
