What is the return policy?
Because each piece is made to order and finished to your selected size, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
To help you order confidently, we provide sizing guidance and we’re available before purchase—message us and we’ll help you choose the right fit.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right (see below).
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All made-to-order jewelry (including custom sizes) is final sale.
However, if there’s an issue caused by us—wrong item, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage—we will repair or replace after review.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos/videos of the item + packaging
We’ll confirm the issue and then arrange repair or replacement.
If we confirm it’s our mistake or shipping damage, we cover the fix. If it’s wear/accidental damage, we can still repair at cost.
When will I get my order?
Production: up to 14 business days (made to order)
Shipping: depends on destination and carrier
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship from?
We manufacture and ship from Thailand.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is shown at checkout based on destination.
International customers are responsible for import duties/taxes charged by their country.
Can you resize or repair my bracelet?
Yes. We offer repair and size adjustment support.
Cost and feasibility depend on the design and the work required—contact us with your order number and we’ll confirm options.
Are the diamonds lab-grown or natural?
Our launch pieces use lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds (same chemical/physical properties).

We use solid 14K gold (not plated). Metal details are listed on each product page.
Do you provide certification / appraisal?
We provide an itemized invoice with metal and diamond details. Certification availability depends on the piece.
