Repairs & Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item needs service, we offer repair support subject to inspection.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Clasp or lock issues due to workmanship

  • Loose settings caused by manufacturing defects

Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, plating wear)

  • Damage from impact, bending, misuse, or improper storage

  • Lost stones due to accidental damage

  • Repairs or alterations by a third party

Repair Process

To request a repair:

  1. Contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

  2. We will confirm eligibility and next steps

  3. If approved, the customer ships the item to our service address (Thailand). We will return ship after repair.

Repair Costs

  • Warranty repairs: No repair charge (shipping may apply depending on case)

  • Non-warranty repairs: We will quote the repair cost before proceeding.

International Customers

International customers are responsible for any shipping charges and any duties/taxes applicable when sending items for service.
