We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item needs service, we offer repair support subject to inspection.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Clasp or lock issues due to workmanship

  • Loose settings caused by manufacturing defects

Warranty Period

Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from the date of delivery for the original purchaser.

Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, rhodium/plating wear)

  • Damage from impact, bending, misuse, or improper storage

  • Lost stones caused by accidental damage or external force

  • Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by a third party

  • Damage caused by chemicals, water exposure, or improper cleaning

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. We will assess and arrange repair or replacement where applicable.

Repair Process

To request service:

  1. Contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and next steps

  3. If approved, you ship the item to our service address in Thailand

  4. After inspection, we repair and return ship the item

Repair Costs & Shipping

  • Warranty repairs: No repair charge for covered defects. Customer pays shipping to us; we cover return shipping (or choose the opposite—see below).

  • Non-warranty repairs: We will quote the repair cost before proceeding. Shipping costs apply.

International Customers

International customers are responsible for any shipping charges and any duties/taxes applicable when sending items for service.

Inspection & Decisions

All warranty and repair requests are subject to inspection. We will confirm whether an issue is covered under warranty before any work begins.
