Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
Because our jewelry is produced and finished to order (including sizing), we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once production begins, including custom sizes.

Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order. If you need help choosing a size, contact us before purchasing.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase (or before production begins, whichever comes first).
Production begins when your order is confirmed for manufacturing (e.g., sizing/specs confirmed, materials allocated, or work started). Once production has started or an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. We will assess and arrange a repair, replacement, or correction where applicable.

Sizing
Sizing selection is the customer’s responsibility. If you selected an incorrect size, we may be able to offer resizing or repair support subject to inspection and service fees.

Refused Deliveries / Unpaid Duties / Incorrect Address
For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties and taxes. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or an incorrect address, original shipping charges are non-refundable. We can reship the order at the customer’s cost, and any additional return shipping or fees may be deducted where applicable.
